Precautions for carbon fiber reinforcement:
According to the general specification of structural reinforcement design, in addition to strictly complying with the requirements of the specification, the following matters shall be noted:
1. The specification of carbon fiber cloth is 300g/ m2, and carbon fiber cloth and supporting resin adhesive materials shall be used. These materials shall have product qualification certificate and product performance test report of quality inspection department. Their physical and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of technical specification for reinforced and repaired concrete structure of carbon fiber sheet.
2. The lap length of carbon fiber cloth along the direction of fiber stress is 150 mm; when multiple or multi-layer carbon fiber cloth is used for reinforcement, the overlapping positions between each layer or layer of carbon fiber cloth shall be staggered.
3. When carbon fiber cloth is to be pasted around the corner of the component along the fiber direction, the radius of the surface after polishing the outer surface of the component at the corner shall not be less than 20mm.
4. The construction requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the technical specification for the reinforcement and repair of concrete structure with carbon fiber sheet.
5. After the reinforcement of carbon fiber is completed, welding and perforation shall not be allowed.
6. After reinforcement, the surface of the reinforcement shall be protected by fire resistant coating.
After the construction of the new concrete floor and beam is completed and the formwork is removed, the carbon fiber sheet of the slab and column shall be reinforced according to the drawing requirements.
