Inspection of floating and swelling:
Check whether the main body and carbon fiber cloth are completely pasted.
1. Use eyes and ball hammers to confirm whether there are adverse phenomena such as floating of construction surface and insufficient impregnation. The defective parts should be repaired.
Ball hammer and ball rolling are used to float and expand the construction surface.
Floating, expanding part of the cavity, friction with a ball hammer, will issue "click, click" abnormal sound.
2. When the floating height of carbon fiber cloth is relatively low, it should be repaired immediately by injecting adhesive.
Use the ball hammer to check the floating and bulging, and mark the floating and bulging.
There are two small holes in the upper and lower parts of the floating and expanding parts.
Use a special syringe from the lower hole to inject adhesive. When the adhesive flows out from the upper hole, the injection is finished.
3. When the carbon fiber cloth floats, swells the height and the carbon fiber is very disordered, repair with the carbon fiber cloth.
Use ball hammer to check the size of floating and swelling, and mark them.
Cut off the repaired part with electric grinder, etc.
Use hair dryer, cotton, etc. to sweep away dust, etc.
Smooth the surface with leveling glue.
After the finger contact is dry, the adhesive and carbon fiber cloth are used to repair. The lap length of the carbon fiber cloth with the same number of sheets as the cut laminations is ≥ 200.
Protective treatment:
Protect the external surface according to the design requirements.
1. Coating shall be carried out after the resin is confirmed to be dry.
After the carbon fiber paste passes the acceptance, the external surface protection shall be carried out according to the design requirements.
2. When it is necessary to prevent fire, the coating shall be covered with fireproof coating or cement.
