1、 Main guarantee measures
Quality assurance measures
1. Establish a strict pre inspection and inspection and acceptance system, and fill in the corresponding inspection form after each process is completed.
2. Do a good job in the technical disclosure, require the technical director to disclose to the operators layer by layer, and require disclosure records and acceptance records.
3. Process acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of construction technology. Process quality acceptance must be signed by quality inspector, team leader and operator.
4. In case of any unqualified process, it shall be stopped immediately for rectification, and the party concerned and the corresponding management personnel shall be punished in public. The rectification report must be written for the unqualified process, and the construction can be carried out again after approval.
5. If any unqualified materials are found to be used in the site, the source of the materials shall be checked and returned immediately, and the person in charge of the materials and the parties involved in the materials entering the site shall be severely punished until they are returned.
Guarantee measures for construction period
1. Carry out comprehensive plan management, strengthen dispatching function, and ensure the implementation of project plan.
2. All kinds of materials, machines, equipment and personnel required for the construction must be in place according to the plan to ensure the continuous progress of the project.
3. Do a good job in civilized construction and finished product protection to avoid rework and survive at one time.
4. Absorb the reasonable suggestions from the construction site and Party A, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various tasks.
Safety assurance measures
1. Adhere to the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first", and implement relevant regulations and systems on construction site safety;
2. Safety helmet must be worn when entering the construction site, and all construction personnel engaged in high-altitude operation must wear safety belt, which shall be hung at a firm and reliable place;
3. The scaffold support set up before the treatment of setting out base course must be firm and reliable, and the horizontal vertical pole shall be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of scaffold erection. Reinforcement construction can be carried out after the acceptance of foreman and safety officer;
4. Before the construction, the foreman must make a written safety technical disclosure;
5. Sufficient lighting should be provided for night construction, and the brightness of construction site should reach the degree of ensuring construction safety;
6. The mechanical equipment and various tools should be inspected and maintained regularly before use;
7. Be familiar with the plan, construction method, description and construction procedure before construction. Each meeting shall be recorded carefully, and the foreman shall record the construction diary carefully and store it at the construction site for reference at any time;
8. When entering the construction site, you must wear chest card and safety helmet.
9. Storage requirements of chemical raw materials: acetone is a highly volatile flammable material, which should be far away from the source, and full-time personnel should be set up to take care of it, and dry powder fire extinguisher should be placed in the warehouse;
10. Construction electricity must be in the charge of professional electrician to ensure the safety of electricity use;
11. Special construction equipment must be used by professional workers to prevent illegal operation.
