1、 Reinforcement inspection
 
Material inspection
 
1. Carbon fiber cloth: supplier's business license, certificate of quality, test report and strong retest test report of material for major projects.
 
2. Adhesive resin: epoxy resin should be matched with it, with certificate and test report.
 
3. The concrete grade shall not be lower than C20 when the plate is pasted; the concrete grade shall not be lower than C15 when the carbon fiber fabric is pasted.
 
Process inspection
 
1. Positioning and setting out: check whether it is consistent with the standard size and position of the drawing.
 
2. Concrete base treatment:
 
(1) Whether the base treatment is the structural layer of concrete and the non decoration layer;
 
(2) Flatness: controlled at 2-5 mm / M;
 
(3) Grinding range: each side of pasting position should be larger than 2-2.5cm;
 
(4) Grinding degree: grind off the outer layer of laitance on the concrete surface with a depth of 1-2 mm, and there is no loose structure on the concrete surface;
 
(5) Cleanliness: the surface is free of floating ash, oil stain, clean and dry, and does not touch the fingers;
 
(6) Treatment degree of internal and external corners: the radius of circular arc shall not be less than 20 mm.
 
3. Cloth cutting and cutting:
 
(1) The blanking size is consistent with the drawing requirements;
 
(2) Allowable width deviation: - 2-4mm total width;
 
4. Compounding:
 
(1) Measurement accuracy of platform scale;
 
(2) Glue ratio: primer, leveling glue and infiltrating glue shall be prepared strictly according to the type and specification of glue;
 
(3) Mixing uniformity: no color of single component glue;
 
(4) Usage time: it should be used up in 2 hours at normal temperature and 3-4 hours at low temperature;
 
5. Paste:
 
(1) Control the operation time between each layer: strictly take the finger touch drying as the standard to carry out the next process construction;
 
(2) Each layer must be coated with primer and uniform;
 
(3) Paste: hydraulic pressure along the fiber direction for many times, no bubble, fiber cloth is soaked, the non empty drum rate is controlled above 95%, and the empty drum of single small piece is controlled above 1000mm2;
 
6. The sand is medium sand, dry and evenly sprayed
 
7. Curing: no disturbance within 24 hours at room temperature
 

Acceptance
 
Carbon fiber sheet: when the amount of carbon fiber used in the project is more than 1000 m2, a material quality inspection report (including tensile strength and elastic modulus) shall be provided every 1000 m2, and the inspection quantity shall not be less than 3 groups (each group has 5 samples); when the quantity of carbon fiber materials used in the project is less than 1000 m2, the quality inspection report of the same batch of products used in other projects in this year can be quoted If there is no such report, a group should also be sampled for inspection, and the test results meet the requirements.
 
Adhesive: when the amount of binder used in the project is less than 1 ton, a group of samples shall be made for normal tensile bonding strength test. When the amount is more than 1 ton, it shall be per ton (less than 1 ton, calculated as 1 ton), and one group of tests shall be added, and the number of each group of samples shall not be less than 5.
 
matters needing attention:
 
① Carbon fiber sheet is conductive material, so it should be far away from electrical equipment and power supply during construction, or reliable protective measures should be taken.
 
② The bending of carbon fiber cloth should be avoided during construction.
 
③ The raw materials of carbon fiber cloth matching resin should be sealed and stored away from fire source and direct sunlight. At the same time, the binder material shall not be contaminated with the domestic water source, and the waste shall not be poured into the sewer, and the centralized treatment shall be carried out according to the environmental protection requirements.
 
④ The preparation and use of resin should be carried out indoors, and the operating environment and construction site should be well ventilated.
