1、 Construction technology
 
Positioning and setting out
 
First of all, get familiar with the drawings, define the reinforcement scope and position, and then snap the line on the component to the pasting position (contour line), and on this basis, widen the grinding area not less than 20 mm around.
 
Grass roots treatment
 
A. First of all, the surface of reinforced components should be removed from the deterioration of concrete, such as spalling, loose, honeycomb, corrosion and so on. Expose the concrete structure layer, and repair the surface with repair materials.
 
B. The cracks should be grouted or sealed according to the design requirements.
 
C. The surface of the concrete to be pasted shall be polished and leveled, and the surface laitance, oil stain and other impurities shall be removed until the concrete structural surface is completely exposed, and the surface flatness shall be less than 5 mm / m. Guide angle treatment and grinding shall be carried out at the corner pasting position, and the arc radius shall not be less than 20 mm.
 
D. The concrete surface shall be blown with a strong blower and cleaned with acetone, and the concrete surface shall be kept dry at the same time. When the moisture content of the surface is greater than 4% or the ambient temperature is less than 5 ℃, measures should be taken. (if the moisture content is large, it can be baked with alcohol blowtorch, and the ambient temperature can be heated according to the specific environment) before construction.
 
Cutting and cutting
 
The materials to be glued shall be cut accurately according to the design size and the actual situation on site. It is required that there shall be no disordered and continuous silk during cutting. The width of the cut fabric should not be less than 150 mm and not less than 100 mm.
 
Preparation and application of primer resin
 
The bottom layer resin shall be prepared according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier. The glue mixing tool shall be low-speed mixing, and the mixing shall be uniform and free of bubbles, and prevent dust and other impurities from mixing. The prepared bottom resin is dipped with the special roller brush and evenly applied to the polished and cleaned concrete surface to be bonded, without missing brush and falling. (the prepared adhesive shall be used within the specified time, and the structural adhesive beyond the specified time shall not be used) the next process shall be carried out immediately after the surface of the underlying resin is dried.
 
Leveling treatment
 
A. The leveling materials shall be prepared according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier.
 
B. The concave part of concrete surface shall be filled with leveling material without edges and corners.
 
C. The corner shall be repaired to a smooth arc with leveling material, and the radius shall not be less than 20 mm. The next step of construction should be carried out immediately after the leveling material surface is dry.
 

Sticking carbon fiber cloth
 
A. The adhesive resin shall be configured according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier and evenly applied to the surface of the bottom resin which has been touched and dried;
 
B. Wipe the surface of carbon fiber cloth material clean without dust. If the second layer is pasted, repeat the above process and wipe the two surfaces of the bottom carbon fiber cloth clean;
 
C. The cleaned carbon fiber cloth shall be pasted on the surface of concrete member immediately.
 
D. The special roller is used to roll several times along the fiber direction to squeeze out the bubbles, so that the impregnated resin is fully soaked in the carbon fiber cloth. The carbon fiber cloth shall not be damaged during rolling.
 
E. Repeat the above steps for two-layer or three-layer pasting, and the next step should be carried out immediately after the fiber surface is impregnated with resin and dried.
 
F. After the last layer of carbon fiber cloth is pasted, the surface should be evenly coated with impregnating resin. If plastering is required, the medium sand can be sprayed evenly on the surface of the resin after brushing, and the plastering process can be carried out after the resin is solidified.
 
Curing and curing
 
After the carbon fiber cloth is pasted, it must be cured for about 72 hours without any disturbance to the cloth.
 
Inspection and acceptance
 
A. Before construction, the qualification certificate and factory inspection report of resin adhesive materials for carbon fiber sheet materials shall be confirmed; the batch number of materials and certificates shall be checked; if necessary, field sampling inspection can be carried out for cloth materials and adhesives entering the site.
 
B. During the construction of sticking carbon fiber cloth, the inspection and acceptance of concealed works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements. If the process requirements are not met, remedial measures or rework shall be taken immediately.
 
C. The actual bonding area of carbon fiber cloth shall not be less than the design amount, and the position deviation shall not be greater than 10 mm.
 
D. The bonding quality between carbon fiber cloth and concrete can be checked by tapping and pressing the surface of carbon fiber cloth with a small hammer. The total effective bonding area should not be less than 95%.
 
repair
 
If there is hollowing and the area of hollowing is small, special pinhole glue injection device can be used to inject adhesive resin. If the hollowing area is large, the hollowing part can be cut off by cutting, and then the carbon fiber cloth shall be cut again. Each side shall be 150 mm larger than the cut part and the longitudinal fiber direction of the original carbon fiber cloth shall be the same, and then the adhesive resin shall be used to paste the defect part of the hollow drum.
