1. 2. The depth of planting steel bar, because the depth of planting steel bar glue affects the effect of planting steel bar, the pull-out force of steel bar is mainly provided by the bond force between steel bar and adhesive glue and between concrete and adhesive glue, and the depth of planting steel bar directly determines the pull-out resistance and failure mode of planted steel bar.
Secondly, in the selection of planting reinforcement glue, attention should be paid to whether it has passed the building safety appraisal test report and passed 19 safety tests perfectly: according to the provisions of national standard GB 50728-2011 "technical code for safety appraisal of engineering structural reinforcement materials", all engineering structural reinforcement materials and products involving engineering safety must pass the safety appraisal according to the requirements of this code.
Secondly, there are three parts in the performance evaluation of structural adhesive: basic performance appraisal, long-term performance appraisal and medium erosion resistance appraisal. The basic performance appraisal represents the mechanical properties, which is used to measure whether the quality meets the requirements of the reinforcement project, and the rest of the small series will not be discussed.
Finally, we can understand the quality of the products in the word-of-mouth of the rebar planting glue. The inferior products can be understood in the word-of-mouth. After all, the reputation of the reinforcement circle is not good, and we all know it.
