The possible causes and solutions of the curing speed of carbon fiber impregnating adhesive are as follows:
 
1. The amount of glue mixed at one time is too large (some customers directly mix component A and component B in the whole barrel, and it solidifies in 10 minutes after feedback). When mixing glue each time, it is necessary to "mix less glue" and "frequently mix glue", and try to use a container with larger capacity to mix glue.
 
2. Mixing mode: when the temperature is high, manual mixing can be used instead of electric drill mixing.
 
3. If the ratio of component A to component B is incorrect, electronic scale can be used.
The possible causes and solutions of slow curing speed of impregnating adhesive are as follows:
 
1. The curing speed of structural adhesive has a great relationship with the ambient temperature, and the curing time increases with the decrease of temperature. Insulation measures can be taken.
 
2. If the ratio of component A and component B is incorrect, electronic scale can be used.
 
Possible causes and solutions of high viscosity of component a of impregnating adhesive:
 
1. In case of sudden drop of temperature during construction, the viscosity of group A of impregnating glue is too high, so heating measures can be taken, such as using iodine tungsten lamp, electric furnace or water bath to preheat the glue to 20 ~ 40 ℃ before use.
 
2. During the winter construction, when the temperature drops suddenly, component a of the impregnating adhesive occasionally crystallizes. It needs to be heated for about 30 ~ 50 ℃ for about 30 minutes. It can be used after dissolving and mixing, and has no effect on the curing performance.
 

The possible causes and solutions of carbon fiber cloth are as follows:
 
1. The viscosity of the impregnating glue increases after the service life, and the carbon fiber cloth is not fully impregnated and the bonding is not firm, so the construction must be carried out within the service life of the impregnating glue.
 
2. The amount of impregnating glue is too small, the carbon fiber cloth is not fully dipped, and the concrete is not integrated with the impregnating glue and carbon fiber cloth.
 
3. When the temperature is low, the bubbles in the carbon fiber cloth are not discharged completely. Before the construction, component A and component B of the impregnating adhesive can be heated separately.
 
4. The amount of glue used is different when the concrete datum plane is different. When the amount of glue used in the new base course is large, it may appear that the bonding is not firm, and the old base surface may be not bonded firmly with less glue.
