Surface coating glue:
The surface of the carbon fiber cloth is coated with the surface glue, so that the carbon fiber cloth and the matching resin are integrated.
The carbon fiber cloth shall be pasted smoothly. Confirm whether there is leakage of adhesive (about 30 minutes after pasting). Brush the surface adhesive on the surface with roller brush, etc. evenly brush the surface adhesive along the fiber direction from the fiber, so as to make the surface adhesive fully impregnated. Pay special attention to the close connection between the end and the bottom.
The standard for the construction of carbon fiber cloth is one layer a day. After one day's work, the pasting of carbon fiber cloth cannot be finished. The surface glue must be painted on the surface.
After the surface is painted, the surface adhesive shall be solidified. Check whether the carbon fiber cloth floats, bulges, peels, etc. with eyes, and correct immediately in case of floats, bulges, peels, etc.
To float and expand, use a defoamer roller, etc. to smooth along the fiber direction and extrude the internal bubbles.
The peeling and wrinkle shall be repaired by stretching along the fiber direction with a rubber knife.
Maintenance:
When the surface adhesive is applied and solidified, it shall be maintained.
