Floating and bulging inspection:
Check whether the main body and carbon fiber cloth are completely pasted.
1. Use the eye and ball hammer to confirm whether there are bad construction phenomena such as floating of construction surface and insufficient immersion. Defective parts shall be repaired.
On the construction surface, use ball hammer and ball ball to roll the floating and bulging parts.
Floating and bulging part of the cavity, friction with ball hammer, will give out "pull, pull" abnormal sound.
2. When the height of carbon fiber cloth is relatively low, it should be repaired immediately by injecting adhesive.
Check the floating and bulging with ball hammer, mark the floating and bulging.
The upper part and the lower part of floating and bulging are provided with two holes.
Use a special syringe from the lower hole to inject the adhesive. The injection ends when the adhesive flows out from the upper hole.
3. When the carbon fiber cloth floats and bulges high and the carbon fiber is in disorder, repair it with carbon fiber cloth.
Check the floating and bulging size with ball hammer and mark them.
Use electric grinder to cut off the repaired part.
Use a hair dryer, cotton yarn, etc. to remove dust, etc.
Paste the trowelled surface with leveling adhesive.
After the fingers are dry, use adhesive and carbon fiber cloth to mend. The lap length of carbon fiber cloth with the same number of layers as the cut-off stack shall be no less than 200.
Protective treatment:
Protect the external surface according to the design requirements.
1. Coating shall be carried out after resin drying is confirmed.
After the carbon fiber is pasted and accepted, the external surface shall be protected according to the design requirements.
2. If it is necessary to require fire protection, cover the coating with fire retardant coating or cement.
