Analysis of the reasons for the non curing of planting bar glue in winter
During the construction in winter, there will be occasional non curing phenomenon. We analyze the reasons and propose solutions from the following aspects. In winter, with the decrease of temperature, component a of planting adhesive will obviously thicken or crystallize, which brings adverse factors to the construction of planting adhesive.
1. In order to ensure the normal gluing of planting bar glue in winter, it is recommended that the warehouse temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃. Because the temperature is too low and the extrudability is poor, it is easy to cause uneven mixing of components a and B, resulting in the phenomenon of non curing or local non curing.
2. Before construction, check whether the screw in glue gun and glue mouth is normal, and then install and use. Because of the uneven pushing pressure of the glue gun, it is easy to cause the out of glue ratio imbalance of components a and B, and the phenomenon of non curing will also occur.
3. The 20-30g glue in the front section of the nozzle must be discarded or it will not cure.
4. If there is a pause for a period of time in the process of glue injection, the front part of the glue mouth must also be discarded when injecting glue again, otherwise it cannot be cured normally. Rebar planting adhesive is a two-component adhesive. At ordinary times, only by strictly following the operation requirements and paying attention to the details, can the normal curing of components a and B be ensured and the ideal effect be achieved.
