How to apply epoxy resin to steel glue

The construction of epoxy adhesive is simple, and the steps are not many.
 
1. The surface of concrete shall be treated to ensure that the base surface is flat, clean and dense.
 
2. Drilling and embedding bolts. The drilling spacing is generally 20-40mm, and the distance from the end of steel plate shall be 5-10mm.
 
3. Steel plate drilling and surface treatment.
 
4. Dispensing. The proportion must be well controlled. The amount of glue to be mixed at one time should not be too much, how much to use and how much to match.
 
5. Paste. Apply the adhesive to the concrete surface and steel plate surface to bond.
 
6. After the steel plate is fixed and pressurized, it can be clamped with U-clamp or fixed with anchor bolt and pressurized properly.
 
7. For curing inspection, after the steel plate is pressurized for 24 hours, the flat steel can be slightly raised and pasted with a small hammer. If the curing area is more than 90%, it is effective, otherwise it will be invalid. Paste again.
 
8. Some steel plates shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
 
Although there are not many steps, there are many points to pay attention to, and the construction should be careful.
 

Gluing steel glue is a kind of structural glue used for gluing steel for reinforcement. It is glued to concrete members by epoxy adhesive, so that the steel plate and members can bear the force together to improve the bearing capacity of members.
 
1、 Surface treatment of steel plate and concrete components
 
. For the concrete bonding surface, according to the actual situation of the component surface, the polishing treatment shall be carried out, and the laitance, oil stain and impurities on the concrete surface shall be removed until the aggregate is exposed, generally 3-5mm;
 
. Grind the bonding surface of the steel plate until the metal color of the steel plate is exposed.
 
2、 In order to reduce the stress and strain lag of the steel plate, the component should be unloaded before the steel plate is pasted to ensure the reinforcement effect.
 
3、 The adhesive steel structure adhesive is divided into component A and component B. the prepared cement shall be weighed in proportion on site, and component A and component B shall be respectively poured into the dry mixing bucket for mechanical mixing until there is no color clamping and the color is completely consistent.
 
4、 Use putty knife to coat the prepared structural adhesive on the treated concrete surface and steel plate bonding surface. In order to make the adhesive better adhere to the bonding surface, it is recommended to use a small amount of adhesive for many times. During the construction of adhesive coating, it is necessary to control the thick edge and thin edge of the adhesive in the middle of the steel plate, paste the steel plate in the reinforcement area and fix it under pressure. Pay special attention to the dense application of adhesive when the steel plate is pasted.
 
5、 The adhesive steel structure adhesive solidifies under the contact pressure and can be stressed after 3 days at normal temperature. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, heating measures must be taken.
 
6、 When the external steel is adhered for reinforcement, the exposed steel plate shall be treated with surface anti-corrosion treatment, generally using anti rust paint for surface coating.
 
7、 For the quality inspection of glued steel, non-destructive inspection is generally adopted, and the degree of compactness and curing can be judged by visual inspection of the glue overflow on the edge of steel plate. The effective bonding area of reinforced steel plate shall not be less than 95%.
