The reinforcement of the plate can be divided into two ways: the back net reinforcement on the back of the plate and the penetration reinforcement on the surface of the plate.
 
1、 "Back net" reinforcement
 
"Back net" reinforcement means that the mesh size of the fiber protection mesh with high strength is generally 5 × 5mm, which is bonded to the back of the plate through epoxy resin, and the strength of the plate is strengthened after drying. The width of the whole roll of fiber protection net is divided into different specifications from 1.2-1.8m, and the weight is generally about 900g / m2.
 
According to the actual needs of the plate, the "back net" reinforcement technology can be used to strengthen the marble, granite, travertine, Onyx and other large plates and sheets that need to be reinforced. Chinese style
 
Solidification time is an important process parameter of back net reinforcement plate. It depends on the number and output of back net reinforcement plate, the operation mode of back net process, and the selection of drying oven or drying capacity of drying oven. If there are a large number of plates to be reinforced in the production line and the production requirements are high, the mechanized back net reinforcement method can be adopted, and the natural full curing method at room temperature or the drying furnace with flat curing heating can be selected. If the production demand is very high, you can even choose the vertical drying oven.
 
For some production lines with small reinforcement and low output, manual back net operation mode can be adopted, and the method of natural and complete solidification at room temperature can be adopted.
 

2、 Surface penetration reinforcement
 
There are many micro cracks on the surface of some stone materials, some of them even go deep into the plate. Although they are strengthened, their strength still can not meet the requirements of grinding and polishing or finished plate. At this time, the surface must be treated with infiltration reinforcement. The front side of the penetration reinforcement process includes penetrating the epoxy resin AB liquid with strong permeability into the gap of the plate surface, drying, grinding and polishing.
 
The curing time of epoxy resin AB glue for surface penetration reinforcement needs 4-6 hours under normal temperature. In the stone production line equipped with automatic repair and drying unit, the drying equipment adopts flat type horizontal drying furnace or vertical drying furnace to cure the plates after surface penetration reinforcement at high temperature, so as to accelerate the complete curing of glue. For some simple stone production lines with low production requirements, natural curing at room temperature can be adopted, but the next process is better after 24 hours of curing.
 
Because there are many kinds of stone materials with different colors, and the surface penetration reinforcement treatment is carried out on the surface of the plate, when selecting the high-strength penetration adhesive used for the surface penetration treatment of the plate, it must be considered that its color is the same as that of the plate, or it can be reasonably matched, and the traces of high-strength penetration adhesive cannot be left after the reinforcement treatment, here is to carry out the high-strength penetration adhesive Color matching, at this time, the best color paste is epoxy color paste or paste, so as not to affect the glue curing and use performance.
