Construction process:
Glue configuration; concrete and steel plate surface treatment; component unloading; gluing on the pasted surface; pasting; fixing and pressurizing; curing; inspection; anti-corrosion treatment.
Key points of steel bonding reinforcement construction:
Surface treatment:
The surface treatment includes the treatment of the bonding surface of the reinforced component and the treatment of the bonding surface of the steel plate. For the bonding surface of the concrete component, it shall be treated separately according to the degree of freshness, solidity, dryness, and wetness of the component surface.
Unloading:
In order to reduce and eliminate the stress and strain hysteresis of the post-bonding steel plate, the appropriate amount of load should be applied to the component before bonding the steel plate.
Glue preparation:
Weigh components A and B, respectively, according to the selected mixing proportion, pour into a clean container, and stir until the color is completely uniform.
Paste:
After the adhesive is prepared, use a spatula to apply it to the prepared concrete bonding surface and the steel plate bonding surface at the same time, with the middle thick and the edge thin, and then paste the steel plate at the predetermined position.
Fixation and pressurization:
The steel plate shall be fixed with clamps, supports, or expansion bolts immediately after being glued. And properly press to make the adhesive just extrude from the edge of the steel plate.
solidification:
It can be cured at room temperature to avoid disturbance during curing. At 25 °C, it can be used under stress after curing for three days; the curing temperature is reduced, and the curing time should be extended accordingly.
Inspection:
For the bonding quality of reinforced members, first check their appearance; check the color and hardening degree of the adhesive overflow at the edge of the steel plate.
Anti-corrosion treatment:
The external steel plate shall be strengthened by sticking steel, and the anti-corrosion treatment shall be carried out according to the design requirements.
Package specification:
1. Two components A and B are packed in plastic drums, 20 kg per group.
Matters needing attention:
1. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
2. When touching the skin accidentally, please wipe it with acetone and wash it with water;
3. This product is non-hazardous and can be stored and transported in the same manner as other chemical building materials.
