Why to choose the modified epoxy adhesive?
Chemical planting reinforcement technology refers to the reinforcement method of drilling holes on the concrete base material, injecting planting reinforcement glue and planting reinforcement, and anchoring reinforcement to the base material after the adhesive solidifies. The bond performance of the interface between the adhesive and the concrete depends on the choice of the adhesive. On the market, the adhesive snake is mixed. How to distinguish the effect depends on the composition. Compared with unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl resin, the instability and safety and environmental protection problems in the long-term use make people worried. The modified epoxy adhesive is not only safe and non-toxic, but also has better performance. By modifying the epoxy resin, the modified epoxy resin not only keeps the comprehensive superior performance of the gel, but also greatly shortens the curing time at low temperature.
Let's take a look at the construction process of planting bar glue~~
1. First, calibrate the hole position according to the design drawing;

2. The drilling depth and diameter shall meet the specification requirements, so as to meet the glue bonding area and ensure the pulling strength of planting bar;
3. Hole cleaning must be thorough. It is recommended to brush three times and blow three times;
4. Before injecting the injection type tendon planting glue, the front part of the glue which is not fully mixed shall be removed first, and the glue injection shall start from the bottom of the hole and fill about two-thirds of the hole depth;
5. Before inserting the reinforcement or bolt, the surface shall be cleaned;
6. The reinforcement shall be inserted in a single direction while rotating until the specified depth is reached;
7. Before the colloid reaches the curing period, it shall be maintained in a static state without disturbing the reinforcement.

Precautions for planting reinforcement construction:
According to article 9.5.6 of technical code for post anchoring of concrete structures (jgj-145-2013). The mechanical joint or welding joint shall be adopted for the rebar planting, and the performance of the joint shall conform to the current relevant national standards. When using welded joints, the following requirements shall be met:
The welding should be carried out before glue injection. If it is necessary to carry out post welding, the site destructive inspection after welding under the same conditions should be carried out;
During the welding construction, intermittent welding shall be carried out, and the distance between the welding position and the top surface of the glue injection hole shall not be less than 2D, and shall not be less than 200mm. At the same time, the exposed part of the planting bar shall be wrapped with water soaked multi-layer wet towel, and the temperature of the root of the bar shall not exceed the maximum short-term temperature specified in the adhesive product specification;
During welding, the welding ground wire shall not be connected to the root of the planting bar.
 
Test of planting bar drawing:
Generally, after 72 hours of rebar planting, the tensile tester (Jack) can be used to pull out the rebar. The number of spot check can be determined by 0.1% of the number of embedded bars of each kind, but it shall not be less than 3. In order to reduce the constraint of Jack on the concrete near the anchor bar, channel steel or bracket shall be used for overhead, and the distance of supporting point shall be ≥ max (3D, 60mm). Then load for 2-3 minutes at a constant speed (or load by stages) until the failure. The failure mode is divided into three types: reinforcement failure (reinforcement pulling), rubber bar section failure (reinforcement pulling out along the structural glue and reinforcement section), mixed failure (upper concrete cone failure, lower part pulling out along the structural glue and concrete interface). Structural members are planted with reinforcement, and the failure mode should be reinforcement pulling.
