Construction method and key points:
1. Bottom treatment
In order to obtain the full reinforcement effect of carbon fiber sheet, the reinforcement body and carbon fiber sheet must be firmly pasted, so the surface of concrete body should be treated at the bottom.
1.1 removing cement slurry (layer)
Remove the cement slurry and plastering layer to expose the concrete body of the reinforced structure.
1.2 structural plane repair
For the structural surface with serious defects, the defective part shall be removed and the structural surface shall be repaired with epoxy mortar equal to or above the concrete.
The defect and step difference of concrete components shall be repaired with epoxy mortar (resin mortar, etc.).
1.3 in case of cracks, repair methods shall be studied and resin injection shall be conducted according to the state.
1.4 use rotor grinder to remove the dirt and floating ash on the concrete surface.
Pay attention not to form sharp corners when grinding.
Remove oil stains with acetone, etc.
1.5 in order to prevent the carbon fiber cloth from peeling off and reduce the strength at the external and internal corners, grinding or grease shall be used to form the R corner. (refer to figure 1)
The angle of beam and column (external angle) shall reach r = 18mm or more, and it shall be knocked off with Rotor Grinder.
The confirmation of R (r = 20 mm) can be checked after forming.
1.6 dust removal
The powder and dust on the concrete shall be removed by rust remover, and the dust shall be removed by blower and cotton thread.
