Construction method and key points:
Precoating primer
The surface strength of concrete is improved by precoating primer, and the adhesiveness of concrete body and matching resin is improved.
1. Before precoating, confirm the environment (temperature, humidity, etc.) of the construction site and the drying condition of the concrete surface.
Do not drench.
Confirm whether there is ponding on the construction surface. If there is water, wipe it off with cotton thread or place it temporarily to confirm whether there is water. If there is water, stop the construction.
Confirm whether there is dust on the concrete surface. Dust, with a hair dryer, cotton, etc. to remove.
2. Precoating primer mixing
Use the metering mixing container to confirm whether there is any dirt (resin, solvent, dust, etc.).
The usable time and coating area should be considered for the first use, and the mixing amount should be within the usable time.
Mix the components according to the product specification.
Use electric mixer and scraper to mix well.
The lower corner of the mixing container is difficult to stir, so special attention should be paid to mixing.
3. Primer brushing
Apply primer on concrete surface evenly with brush and roller brush.
The brushing amount varies according to the surface state of concrete.
Painting times: about 1-2 times. After brushing, when the absorption amount of pre coating glue is large, the coating times need to be increased.
4. Drying
The drying conditions are different due to the type of precoating primer and the construction environment. However, it is advisable that the finger should not stick to the finger.
