Sealant construction process
Preparation of construction materials and tools:
Manual or pneumatic type glue gun; scraper, masking paper, wallpaper knife, cleaning blade; gloves, wipers, etc.
Base treatment:
Clean the gap and paste the masking paper
The gap of base material shall be cleaned up; the old glue and residual glue shall be scraped off, and the gap shall be clean and dry without oil, water and dust. Paste masking paper on both sides of the gluing part.
Installation of glue gun:
Cutting rubber head, cutting rubber tube and installing rubber tube
The muzzle diameter should be less than the gap width, so that the muzzle is half of the depth of the interface. Make the gap glue full and full, without material shortage.
Gluing Construction:
Continuous and uniform glue injection in one direction to prevent cavity or foaming.
