With the characteristics of heavy load, high tension resistance, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, vibration resistance, strong adhesive force and convenient construction, the planting reinforcement glue is one of the common methods of building structure reinforcement.
In the winter construction, the phenomenon of non curing will occur occasionally. We analyze the causes and propose solutions from the following aspects. In winter, with the decrease of air temperature, component a of rebar planting glue will obviously thicken or crystallize, which brings unfavorable factors to the construction of rebar planting glue.
1. In order to ensure the normal glue application in winter, it is suggested that the warehouse temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃. Because the temperature is too low, the extrudability is poor, and it is easy to cause uneven mixing of a and B components, resulting in non curing or local non curing phenomenon.
2. Check whether the screw in glue gun and nozzle is normal before construction, and then install and use. Due to the uneven pushing force of glue gun, it is easy to cause the imbalance of the proportion of component A and component B, and the phenomenon of non curing will also appear.
3. During glue injection, the 20-30g glue in the front section of the nozzle must be discarded, otherwise it will not solidify.
4. If there is a pause for a period of time in the process of glue injection, the glue in the front section of the nozzle must also be discarded, otherwise it can not be cured normally. Rebar planting glue is a two-component adhesive. Only by strictly following the operation requirements and paying attention to the details, can we ensure the normal curing of components a and B and achieve the ideal effect.
