The reinforcement of the plate is divided into two ways: the back net reinforcement on the back of the plate and the penetration reinforcement on the surface of the plate.
 
1、 "Back net" reinforcement
 
"Back net" reinforcement refers to that the mesh size of fiber protective mesh with high strength is generally 5 × 5mm, which is bonded to the back of the board through epoxy resin, and the strength of the board is strengthened after drying. The width of the whole coil of fiber protection net is divided into different specifications from 1.2-1.8m, and the weight is generally about 900g / m2.
 
According to the actual needs of plates, "back net" reinforcement technology can be used to strengthen marble, granite, travertine and onyx, etc. 
 
The setting time is an important process parameter of the back mesh reinforced plate, which depends on the number and output of the back net reinforcement plate, the operation mode of the back net process, and whether the drying furnace is selected or the drying capacity of the drying furnace is selected. If the number of plates to be strengthened in the production line is large and the production requirements are high, the mechanized back net reinforcement method can be adopted, and the natural complete curing method at room temperature can be selected, or the drying furnace with plate curing heating can be selected. If the production requirement is very high, even the vertical drying furnace can be selected.
 
For some production lines with small amount of reinforcement and low output, manual back net operation mode and natural full curing method at room temperature can be adopted.
 

2、 Surface penetration reinforcement
 
There are many micro cracks on the surface of some stone materials, and some of them even go deep into the plate. Although they have been strengthened, their strength still can not meet the requirements of grinding and polishing or finished plate. At this time, the surface must be treated with penetration reinforcement. The penetration strengthening process of the front includes penetrating epoxy resin AB glue into the cracks on the surface of the plate, drying and polishing.
 
The curing time of epoxy resin AB glue for surface penetration reinforcement needs 4-6 hours at normal temperature. In the stone production line equipped with automatic repair and drying unit, the drying equipment adopts flat horizontal drying furnace or vertical vertical vertical drying furnace. The high-temperature curing treatment is carried out for the plate after surface penetration reinforcement, so as to accelerate the complete curing of glue. For some simple stone production lines with low production requirements, natural curing at room temperature can be adopted, but it is better to carry out the next process after curing for 24 hours.
 
Because there are many kinds of stones and different colors, the surface penetration and reinforcement are carried out on the surface of the plate. Therefore, when selecting the high-strength penetrating adhesive used in the surface penetration treatment of the plate, the color must be the same as that of the plate, or it can be reasonably matched. After the reinforcement, no trace of the high-strength penetrating adhesive can be left. Here is to carry out the high-strength penetrating adhesive Color matching, the best color paste is epoxy color paste or color paste, so as not to affect the curing and performance of glue.
