At present, there are still many construction units using dolomite glue instead of dry hanging glue, which brings great safety risks to the project, which needs attention. The reason is that the price of the dolomite is low, the other is that the curing time of the dolomite is fast, and it can be on the wall within 30 minutes. Marble glue

Once the proportion exceeds, it will lead to the gel becoming brittle, reducing the adhesive performance, shortening the life at the end, and causing danger.
Secondly, because the main resin of dolomite glue will be hydrolyzed in wet environment, resulting in sharp decline of bonding strength or even complete loss, it cannot be constructed in wet environment. If the air humidity is too large, the gel will stick to the surface, and the dolomite glue is affected by the change of temperature, and it is not resistant to high temperature and easy to weathering.
Moreover, because the shear force of dolomite glue is small and the stress is large, it will cause large displacement and easy cracking under the temperature difference and violent vibration. Especially when used in wet and dark walls, its life is shorter, so the marble glue can not bear the function of structural load.
Finally, because the marble glue has not been degreased, it is easy to penetrate the oil into the stone when it is used for the bonding of stone, which pollutes the stone and affects the beauty. And the marble glue can not be used for the bonding between stone and stainless steel.
Epoxy stone dry hanging adhesive
Epoxy stone dry hanging adhesive is a kind of modified epoxy resin polymer. It has the characteristics of high bonding strength, fast curing, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance. It is widely used in the bonding of dry hanging stone curtain wall, and can also bond ceramic, cement, metal, glass and other materials.
Compared with dolomite adhesive, it belongs to a kind of high strength adhesive with toughness. In addition to the slow curing time and high price, it has a series of advantages compared with dolomite glue
First, safety is guaranteed and life is long. It has a permanent high bonding strength, strong anti-aging ability and weatherability. It has strong toughness and flexibility. It can prevent the deformation and distortion of the plate after being bonded due to vibration or wind, thermal expansion and cold contraction. It has good seismic, tensile, compressive and impact resistance, and its compressive strength and tensile strength are higher than that of stone and concrete.
Second, environmental protection can ensure beautiful, non-toxic and harmless, it will not pollute the stone after curing, and can resist the erosion of chemical substances in natural pollution.
