Marble glue, based on unsaturated polyester resin, is suitable for bonding or repairing cracks and marks on the surface of various stones, and is often used for repairing, bonding and positioning and filling joints of various stones in various stone laying projects. So how does marble gel work?
1. The ratio of glue and curing agent is between 100:2 and 4-4 with the best comprehensive performance. The larger the curing agent ratio is, the better. If the ratio exceeds this, the marble will solidify too fast, resulting in no bond strength, loose solidification, and yellowing and opacity of solidification, resulting in waste products.
2. The ratio is between 100:2-4, and the more curing agent, the faster curing speed is from 16 minutes to 8 minutes.
3. During use, please make a small test first, and master the added quantity according to the time needed by the individual, then conduct mass production operation, so as to achieve the best use effect.
4. In the range of 100:10, the amount of curing agent has little influence on the hardness of the curing material.

1. Do not put the remaining glue into the bucket after mixing.
2. If the curing speed of marble gum needs to be accelerated or slowed down, please increase or decrease the curing dose appropriately (the dosage of curing agent should not be less than 0.5% or more than 5%).
3. Please store it in a cool and dark place and close the lid of the barrel after use.
4. If you need to hang the glue firmly, please use our AB glue.
5. The shelf life is 12 months.
