1. Positioning
According to the design requirements, the position of the drilling hole can be accurately determined by using the steel bar detector (avoiding the reinforcement).
2. Drilling
The electric impact drill shall be used to drill holes at the determined position according to the design requirements (depth and hole diameter). In order to ensure the full play of the role of the anchored reinforcement, the embedding and hole diameter of the reinforcement shall be strictly in accordance with the design requirements. The structure of the original concrete component shall not be damaged or the original main reinforcement and other stressed reinforcement of the component shall not be cut. The hole wall must be intact and free from cracks, honeycombs and channels. (if the position of the hole does not coincide with the reinforcement of the component, the hole for the expansion bolt shall be arranged according to the design drawing; if the position of the hole coincides with the position of the component reinforcement, the hole shall be properly adjusted to ensure that the original component reinforcement is not damaged, and the hole layout after adjustment shall be drawn into a sketch or recorded).
3. Hole cleaning
After the hole is formed, the dust on the hole wall shall be removed at least three times with a brush. The dust shall be blown out and the hole shall be completely dried. The hole wall shall be wiped once with cotton yarn dipped in acetone. If the reinforcement can not be planted in time after hole cleaning, the hole opening must be temporarily blocked to prevent dust and gravel from entering the hole.
4. Reinforcement decontamination
The rust and oxide layer on the surface of the implanted part of the reinforcement shall be removed by mechanical method or wire brush, and then the residual oil on the reinforcement shall be removed with acetone. The treated reinforcement should be implanted into the hole as soon as possible to avoid re rusting or greasy dirt. This is also the use method of planting reinforcement glue.
5. Compounding
According to the amount of glue required, take a and B materials of rubber bar planting glue in barrels (measure them respectively according to the instructions for use), and mix them quickly and evenly.
6. Glue injection
The glue liquid should be injected into the hole at low pressure as soon as possible to discharge bubbles to ensure that the adhesive layer is full.
7. Planting reinforcement
Insert the reinforcement and fix the reinforcement at both ends of the hole with the fixing clamp (since the beam planting hole is a through-hole, the position of the reinforcement should be fixed), and the glue injection hole and air vent should be reserved in the fixed card (the glue injection hole should be set under the fixed card, any end can be taken; the air hole is set above the fixed clamp at both ends of the beam, and a 20cm upward vent pipe is added; The diameter of the vent pipe should be small and close to the top of the section of the planting bar hole. A small gap should be cut at the top of the section of the planting bar hole to install the ventilation pipe. The end of the hole should be sealed with fast hardening epoxy resin (to ensure the smooth injection hole and vent hole).
8. Curing
The reinforcement that has been embedded in the hole shall be maintained at normal temperature without disturbance. The next construction operation (hanging steel plate for pasting) can be carried out after 24 hours. Generally, the adhesive can be completely cured in 3-5 days at 20 ℃, and the on-site sampling inspection should be conducted after five days.

1. When the temperature of component B is lower than 80 ℃, the temperature of component B can be reduced.
2. The construction environment temperature should be below 40 ℃, the initial setting time is 2 hours at normal temperature, and the initial curing can be started in 24 hours at normal temperature. The curing time is slightly longer in negative temperature or humid environment.
