1、 Construction preparation
1. Site investigation
According to the construction site and the surrounding environment of the site, make full site investigation in advance.
2. Material preparation
According to the state of the reinforced structure, different repair methods are adopted. Surface treatment method: prepare materials and machinery according to design requirements or other requirements.
The resin quantity shall be determined according to the consumption of carbon fiber cloth, the resin specification shall be determined according to the temperature during the construction period, and the required materials and usage quantity shall be prepared.
3. Tool preparation
Paste the carbon fiber cloth and prepare the required tools.
Three point one Bottom treatment
Concrete surface grinding tools (electric angle grinder), dust removal tools (cotton yarn, blower, repair tools (chipper, shovel, hammer).
Three point two Painting tools
Coating appliances (roller brush, brush), measuring container, mixing container, mixing equipment (electric mixer), cleaning solvent.
Three point three Stick on carbon cloth
Scissors, medium measuring tools, resin impregnating tools (rubber knife, defoaming roller)

Protective tools (masks, eyes, rubber gloves)
4. Location determination of beams and slabs strengthened with carbon fiber
Be familiar with the construction drawings, master the position of carbon fiber reinforced beams and plates, and find the corresponding position on site according to the beam position shown in the drawings during construction to ensure that the reinforcement position is accurate.
5. Reinforcement material
Confirm the quantity and specification.
6. Scaffold erection
Scaffold shall be erected according to the height and surrounding conditions of reinforced beams, plates and columns.
7. Removal of obstacles:
Remove the facilities that hinder the construction.
For equipment to be restored (wiring, piping, etc.), record the location before construction and the restoration after construction.
