Does the carbon fiber cloth bond firmly?
1. The viscosity of the impregnating adhesive increases after the application period, and the impregnation of carbon fiber cloth is not sufficient and the bonding is not firm. It must be constructed within the application period of the impregnating adhesive.
2. The amount of impregnation glue is too small, the impregnation glue for carbon fiber cloth is not sufficient, and the concrete is not integrated with impregnation glue and carbon fiber cloth.
3. When the temperature is low, the bubbles in the carbon fiber cloth are not completely discharged during the construction. Before the construction, component A and component B of the impregnating adhesive can be heated separately.
4. The amount of glue used is different with different concrete datum. When the amount of glue used for the new base course surface is large, it may not be bonded firmly. When the amount of glue used for the old base course surface is small, it may not be bonded firmly.
