The dolomite glue can be made of two raw materials: epoxy resin and unsaturated resin. The dolomite glue made of unsaturated resin can be cured in a humid environment, and the effect is good.
In addition, the excellent properties of the dolomite glue are mainly reflected in hardness, toughness, rapid curing, polishing, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.
1. product characteristics: fast curing speed, 3~6 minutes of gel at room temperature, deep processing after 2 hours; low temperature construction; no sticky hands after curing, easy operation; good paste and high mechanical resistance; excellent polishing.
2. Product application: widely used in the rapid positioning, mosaic, repair and bonding of building stone, ceramic and vitrified brick.
3. Usage: add 1-3 parts of curing agent into 100 parts of adhesive according to the weight ratio, mix evenly, repair, bond and apply on the board.
4. Precautions: the tools shall be cleaned immediately after use, and the uncured adhesive can be scraped or cleaned with acetone; the safety measures at the workplace: gloves, masks, eye protectors and other items must be provided, and the workplace must be ventilated; when the eyes or skin are stained during construction, the tools shall be washed with water immediately, and if you feel uncomfortable, you shall go to a doctor immediately.
5. Storage and transportation: the period of validity is 12 months in the dark and cool conditions; non dangerous goods can be transported by car, train, ship, etc.
