Screeding and caulking. After glue injection, press the glue in one direction with a scraper to remove bubbles, repair the glue surface into a flat or curved surface, and remove the masking paper after finishing the decoration.
Material curing:
The sealant shall be cleaned and maintained after construction, and it can be solidified in one day generally.
Key points for construction:
(1) Before use, the sealant shall be kept within the warranty period. After the rubber nozzle is cut, please use it within half an hour. If the glue at the outlet of the glue nozzle becomes hard, it can be used after cleaning the solidified glue.
(2) The sealant before curing shall avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with skin, first scrub with soap water or alcohol, then rinse with water. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water first, and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
(3) The construction environment temperature is 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 40% ~ 80%. If the air is too dry or the temperature is low, the curing speed will be slowed down. The temperature of substrate and ambient air shall not be lower than 5 ℃,
(4) The surface of the constructed silicone base material should not be applied with glue. If the glue is to be applied, it is necessary to thoroughly clean or cut and polish the polluted base layer with alcohol and other solvents.
(5) Silicone sealant will release a small amount of odor during curing, and the working environment should be well ventilated.
