Sealant construction process
Preparation of construction materials and tools:
Manual or pneumatic glue gun; scraper, masking paper, wallpaper knife, cleaning blade; gloves, wipes, etc.
Base treatment:
Gap cleaning, paste masking paper
Clean the gap of the base material; shovel off the old glue and residual glue, and clean and dry the gap without oil, open water and dust. Paste masking paper on both sides of the gluing part.
Installation of glue gun:
Cutting rubber head, cutting rubber pipe and installing rubber pipe
The nozzle diameter shall be less than the gap width, so that the nozzle is one-half deep into the interface. Make the gap rubber full and full without material shortage.
Gluing Construction:
Single direction continuous and uniform glue injection to prevent cavity or blister.
