1、 Construction technology
 
Positioning and laying out
 
First, get familiar with the drawings, define the reinforcement scope and position, then snap the line on the component, snap to the paste position (contour line), and on this basis, widen the grinding area not less than 20 mm around.
 
Grass-roots treatment
 
A、 First of all, the surface of the strengthened components should be cleaned of peeling, loose, honeycomb, corrosion and other deterioration concrete. Expose the concrete structure layer and repair the surface with repair materials.
 
B. The cracks shall be grouted or sealed according to the design requirements.
 
C. The pasted concrete surface shall be polished and leveled to remove the surface laitance, oil and other impurities until the concrete structure surface is completely exposed, and the surface flatness shall be less than 5mm / m. Guide angle treatment shall be carried out at the corner sticking position and polished into circular arc, and the arc radius shall not be less than 20 mm.
 
D. The concrete surface shall be cleaned with strong blower and acetone, and the concrete surface shall be kept dry. Measures shall be taken when the surface moisture content is more than 4% or the ambient temperature is less than 5 ℃ (the high moisture content can be baked by alcohol blowtorch, and the ambient temperature can be treated as enclosure heating according to the specific environment) before the construction can meet the requirements.
 
Cutting and cutting
 
The glued cloth material shall be accurately cut according to the design size and the actual situation on site. It is required that the cutting shall not be disordered and continuous. After cutting, the width of the fabric should not be less than 150 mm, not less than 100 mm.
 
Prepare and brush the underlying resin
 
The base resin shall be prepared according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier, and the special person shall be responsible for the preparation. The mixing tool shall be low-speed mixing, and the mixing shall be uniform and free of bubbles, and the impurities such as dust shall be prevented from mixing. Use the special roller brush dipped in the prepared base resin to brush evenly on the surface of the concrete to be pasted after grinding and cleaning. There shall be no missing brush or falling. (the prepared adhesive shall be used within the specified time, and the structural adhesive beyond the specified time shall not be used) the next process construction shall be carried out immediately after the surface of the underlying resin is dry.
 
Leveling treatment
 
A. The leveling materials shall be prepared according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier.
 
B. The concavities on the concrete surface shall be filled with leveling materials without edges and corners.
 
C. The corner shall be repaired to a smooth arc with leveling materials, and the radius shall not be less than 20 mm. The next process shall be carried out immediately after the surface of leveling material is dry.
 

Paste carbon fiber cloth
 
A. The adhesive resin shall be prepared according to the process regulations provided by the product supplier and evenly applied on the surface of the underlying resin that has been touched dry;
 
B. Wipe the surface of carbon fiber cloth material clean without dust. If the second layer is pasted, repeat the above process and wipe the two surfaces of the bottom carbon fiber cloth;
 
C. The cleaned carbon fiber cloth shall be pasted on the surface of the concrete member immediately.
 
D. The special roller is used to roll along the fiber direction for many times to remove bubbles, so that the impregnated resin can fully soak the carbon fiber cloth. The carbon fiber cloth shall not be damaged during rolling.
 
E. Repeat the above steps for two-layer or three-layer bonding, and the next step shall be carried out immediately after the fiber surface is soaked with resin and the fingers are dry.
 
F. After the last layer of carbon fiber cloth is pasted, the impregnating resin shall be evenly applied on the surface. If plastering is required, spray medium sand evenly on the painted resin surface, and the plastering process can be carried out after the resin solidifies.
 
Curing curing
 
After the carbon fiber cloth is pasted, it must be cured for about 72 hours without any disturbance to the cloth during curing.
 
Inspection and acceptance
 
A. Before construction, the qualification certificate and delivery inspection report of the resin bonding materials supporting the carbon fiber sheet shall be confirmed; whether the materials are consistent with the batch number of the certificate shall be rechecked; if necessary, the incoming cloth and adhesive can be sampled and inspected on site.
 
B. During the construction of pasting carbon fiber cloth, the concealed works shall be inspected and accepted in strict accordance with the process requirements. If the process requirements are not met, remedial measures or rework shall be taken immediately.
 
C. The actual bonding area of carbon fiber cloth shall not be less than the design amount, and the position deviation shall not be greater than 10 mm.
 
D. The bonding quality between the carbon fiber cloth and the concrete can be checked by tapping and pressing the surface of the carbon fiber cloth with a small hammer. The total effective bonding area shall not be less than 95%.
 
repair
 
If there is hollowing in the bolt test and the hollowing area is small, the special pinhole glue injector can be used to inject the adhesive resin. If the hollowing area is large, the hollowing part can be cut off by cutting, and then the carbon fiber cloth can be cut again. It is required that each side is 150 mm larger than the cutting part and the longitudinal fiber direction of the original carbon fiber cloth is the same, and then paste the resin on the hollowing defect part.
