Nanjing International Youth Culture Center is located in the north of Jiangshan street, south of Jinshajiang East Road, Southeast of Yangzijiang Avenue, west of Yanshan Road South extension section, also known as Nanjing Youth Olympic Center. Designed by world famous architect Zaha Hadid, it is an important landscape node and landmark building on the Youth Olympic axis and riverside scenery belt, and also a symbol of Nanjing new city center One of the sex buildings is a fashionable and fashionable hotel complex project which integrates the functions of hotel, office building, large parking lot, shopping plaza, conference and exhibition, hotel style apartment, etc.
 
Nanjing International Youth Culture Center includes a 314.5m 68 storey five-star hotel and office building, a 249.5m 58 storey Conference Hotel and supporting facilities, and a 46.9m 6-storey Conference Center. Two super high-rise public 5-storey supporting rooms are connected with the conference center through the air corridor at 15m and 21.12m. The total construction area is about 490000 square meters and the total investment is about 4 billion yuan. The total construction area above the ground is 367000 square meters, the total underground construction area is 114000 square meters, and the green area is 30000 square meters. The roof is all installed with GRC board, which can meet the designer's requirements for building appearance to the greatest extent. This project is also the largest GRC board installation project in China.
 
Zaha Hadid, the designer of Nanjing International Youth Culture Center, is famous for his bold modeling and is known as the "master of deconstruction" in the construction industry. This building was born out of sailboats, but different from sailboats. It's a more modern sailboat. Zaha Hadid found out the root of modernism by dismantling the themes and objects, and created a new landscape, allowing the visitors to roam.
