How to choose carbon fiber adhesive?

When we reinforce carbon fiber, we often need carbon fiber adhesive, which is the adhesive used when pasting carbon fiber cloth. Carbon fiber adhesives are generally divided into three types: carbon fiber leveling adhesive, carbon fiber bottom coating adhesive and carbon fiber impregnating adhesive.
Carbon fiber leveling glue: moderate viscosity, easy to apply and scrape, high strength, good thixotropy, not easy to flow during construction, mainly used for repairing and leveling the surface defects of reinforced components.
Bottom coating of carbon fiber: low viscosity, strong penetration, good penetration into the concrete surface gap, so as to have strong binding force with the concrete. It is mainly used for coating the bottom layer on the surface of reinforced components.
Carbon fiber impregnating adhesive: it has moderate viscosity, good wettability, permeability and thixotropic performance. It is used for the impregnation and pasting of the reinforced component surface and carbon fiber sheet. Its function is to completely soak in the carbon fiber sheet product and effectively paste the carbon fiber sheet on the component surface, so as to reinforce the component and form a very strong mechanical property.
Carbon fiber adhesive is a, B two-component epoxy adhesive, epoxy resin itself is non-toxic, but some small manufacturers in the production process added solvents and other toxic substances, making the glue become "toxic". Through continuous research and development, selves has maintained the "non-toxic" characteristics of epoxy resin and has scientific test reports, which will not cause harm to human body. But people's physique is different, and their adaptability to products is also different. Construction personnel can wear gloves, masks and other protective equipment to avoid allergy during construction.
There are so many brands in the market, so how to choose carbon fiber adhesive? First of all, it must meet the requirements of drawing strength, which is the most basic; second, from the perspective of long-term performance, it must meet the quality assurance period standard; finally, it is OK to choose a manufacturer with high reputation and good reputation strength!
