How to distinguish the quality of silicone adhesive

First, look at the packaging. Then look with your eyes, what do you see? First, look at the instructions on the package, see "product application", and confirm whether the product use is consistent with your use (some special-purpose products are not marked, you can check with your supplier). Next, look at "storage period". The better the silicone adhesive is, the longer its storage period should be under the relative temperature environment.
Next, look at the bottom of the rubber cylinder. It is normal to see if there is silicone rubber overflow at the edge of the plug. Because there is no air left in the silicone rubber when it is sealed, it is necessary to push the piston hard to squeeze out the air inside, so we can see that the rubber overflows. So some people in the industry put forward that it is normal to use the top rubber plug of the appliance after getting the silicone rubber in the cylinder. If the top moves up, the quality of this rubber is questionable.
Then the production date. It must be seen that all aspects of silicone rubber expiration performance are greatly reduced.
Finally, try it by hand. Take out the part of silicone rubber overflowing from the edge of the rubber plug, and gently pinch and pull it with your hand. If it is elastic and soft, the quality is good. If it is a little hard and brittle, the quality of the rubber is questionable.
