1、 Construction preparation
 
1. Site investigation

2. Material preparation
 
According to the state of reinforced structure, different repair methods are adopted. Surface treatment methods, according to the design requirements or other needs to prepare materials, machinery.
 
According to the amount of carbon fiber cloth to determine the amount of resin, according to the temperature of the construction period to determine the resin specification, prepare the required materials, usage.
 
3. Tool preparation
 
Paste carbon fiber cloth and prepare necessary tools.
 
3.1 bottom treatment
 
Concrete surface grinding tools (electric angle grinder), dust removal tools (cotton, hair dryer, repair tools (chipper, shovel, hammer).
 
3.2 brushing tools
 
Coating tools (roller brush, brush), measuring container, mixing container, mixing equipment (electric mixer), cleaning solvent.

4. Location determination of beams and slabs strengthened with CFRP
 
Be familiar with the construction drawing, master the position of carbon fiber reinforced beam and slab, and find the corresponding position on site according to the beam position shown in the drawing during construction, so as to ensure that the reinforcement position is accurate.
 
5. Reinforcing materials
 
Confirm the quantity and specification.
 
6. Scaffold erection
 
According to the height of reinforced beam, slab and column and the surrounding conditions, the scaffold shall be erected.
 
7. Obstacle removal:
 
Remove the facilities that hinder the construction.
 
For the equipment (wiring, piping, etc.) to be restored, record the position before construction and the restoration after construction.
