1、 The main influencing factors are as follows
1. After the dolomite glue is adjusted to be very close to the color of the plate, it is polished out. After crystallization, the dolomite glue in the gap still appears to be matte and poor reflective. As the main component of dolomite resin, can not react with crystalline materials, can not form a crystalline layer, only a matte surface. In order to get high reflective surface, high number physical grinding and polishing are needed.
2. The color of dolomite glue is very close to that of plate, but after grinding, the color of dolomite glue will deviate from that of plate after crystallization. If the installed stone is pasted with protective film and covered with protective layer in a short time, the water vapor in the stone and the base can not evaporate, and stays on the stone surface, which will temporarily deepen the color saturation of the stone surface. When the water evaporates, it will restore the original color. In this way, the stone color will be misjudged and the darker color will be called out.
3. A lot of stones are polished or used protective agent to deepen the color when they leave the factory. When the stone surface is polished off and the original color is restored, this situation will cause misjudgment to the glue color before construction, and bring out the color with large deviation!
4. The influence of tinting pigments on color, such as water-based, oil-based, powdery, solvent and so on. Improper selection will cause problems such as insoluble between tinting pigments and dolomite glue, weak color, color deviation, poor covering and so on. The main component of dolomite glue is unsaturated resin. It is necessary to choose a color paste that can be compatible with unsaturated resin, and choose a high-quality color paste that can have good color coloring power, covering, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance!
5. Adding a certain proportion of transparent glue and flowing glue (resin glue) to dolomite glue can increase the brightness of gap glue after grinding, but also change various parameters of dolomite glue, such as hardness, to a certain extent.
