1. Matters needing attention in the use of carbon fiber adhesive
The construction environment shall be ventilated and dry, and the bonding surface shall be clean and free of oil stain. The curing temperature shall not be less than 5 ° C. the curing time shall not be less than 3 days when the ambient temperature is 20-25 ° C. the curing time shall not be less than 7 days when the average temperature is 10 ° C. gloves, masks, goggles, safety helmets and other protective equipment shall be worn during construction. If it is accidentally put on the skin or clothes, it can be cleaned with acetone and washed with a large amount of water If ingested or splashed into eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
2. Packaging specification of carbon fiber adhesive
Generally speaking, carbon fiber adhesive is packaged in plastic drums of large and small size (component A in large barrels and component B in small barrels).
3. Transportation and storage of carbon fiber adhesive
Carbon fiber adhesive is non-toxic and non dangerous goods. It should be transported according to the general chemical building materials. During transportation, it is not allowed to expose to the sun, rain, invert or damage the package. A. B. the two components should be stored separately to avoid mixing. The carbon fiber glue should be stored in a cool (5-25 ° C) and dry warehouse away from light for 12 months.
