Introduction to construction technology of dry hanging stone by glue hanging met

In the construction of stone engineering, the dry hanging method has incomparable advantages over the wet sticking method. It can shorten the construction period, reduce the weight of the building, improve the seismic resistance. More importantly, it can effectively prevent the seepage pollution of the stone caused by the efflorescence and discoloration in the grouting, and improve the quality and effect of decoration. According to the different construction materials, there are two kinds of dry hanging method: one is the dry hanging construction of metal hanging parts, the other is the adhesive method of stone dry hanging glue. These two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages in construction. The metal pendant is required to be professional and difficult to construct, but the connection is reliable. The construction of adhesive method is relatively simple, but the adhesive effect is greatly affected by the adhesive, so it is not easy to guarantee the progress and quality; as the adhesive point is hidden, once the bonding defect is not found, it will cause potential safety hazard. This paper introduces a kind of dry hanging technology glue hanging construction. The technology has been applied to the inner and outer walls of the gate of Shandong Vocational College of science and technology, and the effect is good. Its advantages are as follows:
 
(1) The project cost is relatively low.
 
(2) It is easy to operate and can be operated by common hand-held cutting machine, which avoids the shortcomings of drilling metal connector and high requirements for stone cutting groove standard.
 
(3) The method of plate fixation and adjustment is simple, and the adhesive method needs to be fixed with quick drying adhesive, but the hardening speed of quick drying adhesive is not easy to master. Once it fails, it may damage the stone and re construct. And the glue hanging method depends on the control of the connecting piece in and out, which can avoid the above mistakes. The dry hanging adhesive used for the connector has a long consolidation time and can be adjusted at any time.
 
(4) The quality of stone construction, played a double insurance, once one of the failure, there is still another connection fixed, safe and at ease. The following is a brief description of the whole process of the construction technology of glue hanging method (Figure 1).

1、 Material requirements
 
1. Stone: according to the design requirements, determine the variety, color, pattern and size of the stone, and check its bending, compressive, tensile strength, water absorption, freezing resistance, pH and other properties. The project adopts 25 mm thick fire granite plate.
 
2. Adhesive.
 
3. Caulking paste.
 
4. Stainless steel hanging parts (Fig. 2).
2、 Machinery construction
 
Portable cutting machine, impact drill, table cutting machine, air compressor (with blowing nozzle), caulking gun, chisel, meter ruler, guiding ruler, wire brush, wall line, ink fountain, small white line, broom, putty knife, etc.
 
3、 Construction process
 
Scaffold erection → board layout and setting out → percussion drill drilling hole connection and installation of adhesive bonding parts → granite plate gluing construction → caulking → cleaning → scaffold removal → completion cleaning.
 
4、 Construction sequence
 
1. Stone preparation: select the stones with the same color and pattern to install on the same side, see the stone groove (Fig. 3), and clean the adhesive points on the back with wire brush and wash them with water.

2. Base preparation: clean the surface of the structure, and at the same time carry out the vertical and horizontal grid lines according to the rules. According to the drawing line and the actual position of the ejected stone, the location of the block line and the drilling point of the gluing point and the hanging point. Generally, four adhesive points are used, and the adhesive area of each point is not less than 20cm2.
 
3. Support a layer of decorative panel bracket, support the pre processed bracket under the bottom panel to be installed according to the line, and fix it firmly, and the upper surface is required to be flat.
 
4. Drill holes on the base course of the hanging joint position according to the position. Use a $10 drill bit to drill holes in the base course with a depth of not less than 10cm.
 
5. Clean the dust in the hole with the air compressor nozzle.
 
6. Clean the base course on the adhesive point.
 
7. Mix the adhesive a and B according to the ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly.
 
8. Apply glue on the bonding point of the base course and pour glue into the holes of the hanging parts.
 
9. Install a layer of granite plate, and install the first row of hanging parts at the same time. Fix the first layer of stone and adjust the leveling perpendicularity by using the friction between the hanging part and the wall hole.
 
10. Repeat the above construction procedures to complete the stone installation of the whole project.
 
11. Sealing ointment is embedded in the seam.
 
12. Clean the contaminated facing stone board.
 
13. Complete and remove scaffold.
 
5、 Construction precautions
 
1. The connection between stone and base course depends on dry hanging glue. At the same time, it is very important to clean up the base course and ensure the adhesive area and quality.
 
2. Drilling positioning must be accurate.
 
3. The flatness and perpendicularity of stone surface are adjusted by stainless steel hanging parts, and the flatness and perpendicularity shall be checked every three layers of stone.
 
4. Caulking must be uniform and dense to prevent long-term erosion of adhesive and hanging parts caused by water leakage.
