Why choose modified epoxy resin for planting reinforcement?
 
Chemical planting reinforcement technology refers to drilling holes in the concrete base material, injecting reinforcement glue, planting steel bar, and anchoring the reinforcement to the base material after the adhesive is solidified. The bonding performance of the interface between the planting steel bar glue and the concrete depends on the choice of the glue. The planting bar glue in the market is mixed with snakes and dragons. How to distinguish the effect mainly depends on the composition. Compared with unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl grease and other components of tendon planting adhesive, the instability and safety and environmental protection problems in long-term use make people worry. The modified epoxy reinforcement adhesive is not only safe and non-toxic, but also has better performance. Modified epoxy resin not only keeps the comprehensive superior performance of colloid, but also greatly shortens the curing time at low temperature by modifying epoxy resin.
 

Let's take a look at the construction process of planting reinforcement glue~~
 
1. Firstly, calibrate the hole position according to the design drawing;
 
2. The drilling depth and diameter should meet the specification requirements to meet the colloidal bonding area and ensure the pull-out strength of planting bars;
 
3. The hole cleaning must be thorough, and it is recommended to brush and blow three times;
 
4. Before injection, the colloid which is not fully mixed at the front end should be drained out. The injection should start from the bottom of the hole and fill about two-thirds of the hole depth;
 
5. The surface of reinforcement or bolt shall be cleaned before insertion;
 
6. The reinforcement shall be inserted in a single direction until it reaches the specified depth;
 
7. Before the colloid reaches the curing period, it is necessary to maintain it in a standing state, and the reinforcement shall not be disturbed.
 
Matters needing attention in the construction of planting reinforcement:
 
According to article 9.5.6 of technical specification for post anchorage of concrete structures (jgj-145-2013). The mechanical connector or welding connection should be adopted for the embedded reinforcement, and the performance of the connection joint should comply with the current national standards. When welding joint is used, the following requirements shall be met:
 
Welding should be carried out before glue injection. When post welding is necessary, destructive inspection after welding under the same conditions shall be carried out;
 
During welding construction, intermittent welding shall be carried out. The distance between the welding position and the top surface of glue injection hole shall not be less than 2D and not less than 200 mm. At the same time, the exposed part of planting reinforcement shall be wrapped with water impregnated multi-layer wipes, and the temperature of reinforcement root shall not exceed the maximum short-term temperature specified in the adhesive product specification;
 
During welding, the welding ground wire should not be connected to the root of the planting bar.
 
Pull out test of planting bar:
 
Generally, after 72 hours of planting steel bars, tension meter (Jack) can be used to conduct pull-out test on the planted reinforcement. The quantity of spot check can be determined by 0.1% of the quantity of each kind of steel bar, but it should not be less than 3. In order to reduce the constraint of Jack on the concrete near the anchor bar, channel steel or bracket is used for the lower part, and the fulcrum distance is greater than or equal to max (3D, 60mm). The failure mode of steel bar is: pull out the steel bar along the section (3), pull out the reinforcement bar along the section (3), pull out the reinforcement bar along the section (3), pull out the reinforcement bar along the interface (3), pull out the reinforcement bar along the interface (3), and then pull out the reinforcement bar along the interface (3).
