Carbon fiber primer: low viscosity, strong permeability, can well penetrate into the surface cracks of concrete, so as to have strong binding force with concrete. It is mainly used to coat the bottom layer on the surface of reinforced components.
Carbon fiber impregnating adhesive: moderate viscosity, good wettability, permeability, good thixotropy performance, used to strengthen the surface of components and carbon fiber sheet impregnation and paste, its role is to completely soak in the carbon fiber sheet products, and effectively paste the carbon fiber sheet on the surface of the component, so as to strengthen the component and form a very strong mechanical properties.
Carbon fiber adhesive is a, B two-component epoxy adhesive, epoxy resin itself is non-toxic, but some small manufacturers in the market added solvents and other toxic substances in the production process, making the glue "toxic". Through continuous research and development, cels maintains the "non-toxic" characteristics of epoxy resin, and has scientific test reports, which will not cause harm to human body. However, people's physique is different, and the adaptability to products is also different. Construction personnel can wear gloves and masks to avoid allergy during construction.
