reason:
Because the structure system of the two is different. High grade silicone acid glass glue is generally 100% silicone glass glue.
The curing speed of high-grade silicone sealant is relatively fast, and the surface of aluminum-plastic plate, stainless steel and aluminum alloy is very smooth, and the glue has not completely penetrated into the surface of aluminum-plastic plate, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, it has been completely solidified, so the problem of poor compatibility and poor adhesion will occur.
However, the curing speed of low-grade adhesive is slow and the penetration time is long. In addition, plasticizer and other materials are added to make it soft, so the low-grade acid adhesive is easy to be compatible with the above materials.
Therefore, the better the adhesive may not have good compatibility with some aluminum-plastic plates, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, but the low-grade adhesive will be better. These are all caused by the diversity of substrate materials. Therefore, users should conduct compatibility test according to the diversity of materials before use to observe whether the materials meet the requirements.
2、 Soft particles appear in colloid
reason:
1. Improper handling in the process of production or sub packaging, with solidified glass blocks or debris mixed in.
2. It is caused by the appearance of crust on the surface of fast drying part and mixing with glue.
3. The scraping of glue on the bottom and surface of the barrel may also be caused during sub loading.

Because of the mature production and sub packaging technology of big brand glue, it can reduce the man-made problems. 3、 What are the possible causes of bubbles in the construction of silicone sealant?
reason:
1. foam stick breakage: Foam rod is punctured by a sharp object during packing and compressed by deflation.
2. The chemical reaction between the base material and sealant produces bubbles;
3. Bubbles are wrapped in glue injection;
4. The material of interface or accessory is wet, and the moisture invades the glue joint;
5. The surface temperature of the substrate is too high, the curing speed of the adhesive is too fast, and the small molecular by-products can not be discharged in time;
6. The adhesive is not cured and exposed to the sun.
Countermeasures:
1. Before construction, the compatibility test shall be conducted on the base material to observe whether the material meets the requirements.
2. During the construction, confirm whether the auxiliary materials are in good condition.
3. The construction shall be carried out at appropriate temperature, and the base material and corresponding construction materials shall be kept dry, clean and free of dust.
4. After sizing, the gel should not be exposed to the sun before it is solidified.
5. Ensure that the temperature difference of base material is consistent before and after construction, and reduce the displacement of thermal expansion and cold contraction.
