However, the curing speed of low-grade adhesive is slow and the penetration time is long. In addition, plasticizer and other materials are added to make it soft, so the low-grade acid adhesive is easy to be compatible with the above materials.
 
Therefore, the better the adhesive may not have good compatibility with some aluminum-plastic plates, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, but the low-grade adhesive will be better. 3. Bubbles are wrapped in glue injection;
 
4. The material of interface or accessory is wet, and the moisture invades the glue joint;
 
5. The surface temperature of the substrate is too high, the curing speed of the adhesive is too fast, and the small molecular by-products can not be discharged in time;
 
6. The adhesive is not cured and exposed to the sun.
 
Countermeasures:
 
1. Before construction, the compatibility test shall be conducted on the base material to observe whether the material meets the requirements.
 
2. During the construction, confirm whether the auxiliary materials are in good condition.
 
3. The construction shall be carried out at appropriate temperature, and the base material and corresponding construction materials shall be kept dry, clean and free of dust.
 
4. After sizing, the gel should not be exposed to the sun before it is solidified.
 
5. Ensure that the temperature difference of base material is consistent before and after construction, and reduce the displacement of thermal expansion and cold contraction.
