Material requirements for planting reinforcement
1. Anchoring glue:
The performance of anchoring adhesive shall be determined by special test. For the approved anchoring adhesive, it is not suitable to add any admixture at will in the field construction, except for the quantitative admixture specified in the specification. If epoxy based anchoring adhesive is used, the performance index of anchoring adhesive shall comply with the provisions of technical specification for post anchoring of concrete structures (JGJ 145-2004). If other kinds of anchoring adhesive are used, its performance shall be determined and certified by the manufacturer through special test. The design value of bond strength FBD of anchorage adhesive for planting reinforcement shall comply with the provisions of code for design of reinforcement of concrete structures (GB 50367-2006).
2. Reinforcement:
The specification of reinforcement is Φ 16, Φ 12, and the symbol "Φ" indicates HRB400 reinforcement. The performance of reinforcement shall meet the requirements of the specification. The rust on the surface of reinforcement shall be removed before planting reinforcement.
3. Matters needing attention in construction and use of planting bar glue
1) The anchorage structure measures should meet the relevant provisions of code for design of reinforcement of concrete structures (GB 50367-2006).
2) Use the site and keep ventilation as much as possible.
3) Before the construction of steel bar planting, the construction personnel shall wear protective clothing, protective masks and protective glasses. If the human body contacts the glue solution carelessly during the construction process, clean it with clean water, and seek medical treatment if necessary.
4) When the temperature is low in winter, component A may crystallize, which is the characteristic of colloidal material, rather than deterioration. It is only necessary to heat the glue bath a to about 50 ℃ until the crystallization is eliminated and stir it evenly, which has no effect on the properties of the glue.
