1、 The influencing factors of filling joint with dolomite glue are as follows:
1. After the marble glue is adjusted to be very close to the color of the plate, it is polished out. After crystallization, the marble glue in the gap still appears matte and has poor reflective property. Due to the main component resin of dolomite glue, it can not react with crystalline material, and can not form crystalline layer, only present matte surface. In order to obtain high reflective surface, it is necessary to carry out physical grinding and polishing.
2. The marble glue is adjusted to be very close to the plate color, but after grinding out, the color of the marble glue will still deviate from the plate after crystallization. If the installed stone is covered with protective film and protective layer in a short period of time, the water vapor inside the stone and base cannot be evaporated. If it stays on the stone surface, it will temporarily deepen the color saturation of the stone surface. Once the water evaporates, the original color will be restored. In this way, the color of the stone will be misjudged and a deeper color will be called out.
3. Many stone materials are retouched or use protective agents that can deepen the color when they leave the factory. When the stone surface is polished off, the original color will be restored. In this case, before the construction, the glue color matching will be misjudged, and the color with large deviation will be called out!
4. The influence of color matching pigment on color, the color matching pigment has water-based, oil-based, powder, solvent and other types, improper selection will cause color matching pigment and dolomite glue insoluble, color is not firm, color deviation, poor covering ability and other problems. The main component of dolomite gum is unsaturated resin. It is necessary to select the color paste that can be dissolved with unsaturated resin. The high-quality color paste can have good color coloring power, covering property, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance!
5. Adding a certain proportion of transparent glue and flow glue (resin glue) to the marble glue can increase the brightness of the gap glue after grinding, but also change various parameters of the marble glue, such as hardness, to a certain extent.
