Two influencing factors: environmental humidity. In the curing process of sealant, water molecule is the most important role in its chemical reaction. For the two-component sealant, because of its own moisture, its curing speed is less affected by the change of environmental humidity; however, the higher the environmental humidity, the better the curing efficiency and effect. For single component sealant, its curing process needs to absorb the moisture in the air, so the higher the humidity in the atmosphere, the faster the curing speed will be; the lower the humidity, the slower the curing speed will be. Especially in the dry season of autumn and winter, the drop of environmental humidity will prolong the time of complete curing of one component sealant!
