Leveling:
In order to prevent air and swelling between the concrete surface and the carbon fiber cloth, the main body surface must be smooth, with slight concave convex and step difference, pinhole (bubble), etc., and leveling glue shall be used for leveling.
1. Before leveling treatment, confirm the construction environment, construction area, whether there is ponding, whether there is precoating primer, whether the finger touch is solidified, etc.
Do not drench.
Confirm whether there is ponding on the construction surface, wipe off the water with cotton thread, temporarily place it, and confirm whether there is ponding again. If there is water, the construction shall be suspended.
Check the touch curing of precoated primer.
Confirm whether there is soil, dust, etc. on the construction surface. If there is, remove it with a hair dryer, cotton yarn, etc.
2. Mixing of two components of leveling glue
Confirm whether there is residual resin, solvent, dust, etc. in the metering and mixing containers, and then use them.
Leveling rubber measurement: pay attention to the mix proportion of main agent and curing agent.
One time usage: the usable time and coating area shall be considered, and the mixed measurement shall be within the usable time.
Use electric mixer, scraper, etc. to mix well. It is very difficult to mix the bottom corner of the mixing container, special attention should be paid.
3. Apply leveling glue
Use the metal scraper to level the rubber on the concavity, pinhole and step difference of the concrete surface until it is even.
The plastering amount of leveling adhesive varies with the concrete surface state, but the surface shall be flat and the internal and external corners shall be smooth.
4. Leveling glue drying
The drying conditions vary with the ambient temperature. However, it is necessary to confirm that the fingers are dry before moving to the next process (usually one-day maintenance).
After the leveling adhesive solidifies, use the electric grinding wheel to remove the bubble part and polish it.
