Precoating primer
The surface strength of concrete is improved by precoating primer, and the adhesiveness of concrete main body and matching resin is improved.
1. Before precoating, confirm the environment (temperature, humidity, etc.) of the construction site and the drying condition of the concrete surface.
Do not drench.
Confirm whether there is ponding on the construction surface. If there is water, wipe it off with cotton thread or temporarily place it. Confirm whether there is water. If there is water, stop construction.
Confirm whether there is dust on the concrete surface. When there is dust, remove it with a blower, cotton yarn, etc.
2. Precoating primer mix
Use the metering mixing container to confirm whether there is any dirt (resin, solvent, dust, etc.).
The usable time and coating area shall be considered for the primary usage, and the mixing amount shall be within the usable time.
Mix the ingredients according to the mix proportion requirements of the product description.
Use electric mixer, scraper, etc. to fully mix to achieve uniformity.
The lower corner of the mixing container is difficult to mix, and special attention shall be paid to mixing.
3. Primer application
Apply primer evenly on the concrete surface with brush, roller brush, etc.
The amount of painting varies according to the state of the concrete surface.
Coating times: about 1-2 times. After coating, when the absorption of pre coating adhesive is large, the coating times need to be increased.
4. Drying
The drying conditions are different due to the type of primer and the construction environment. However, it is advisable that the fingers are not sticky.
