Construction methods and key points:
1. Bottom treatment
In order to obtain sufficient reinforcement effect, the main body of the reinforcement and the carbon fiber cloth must be firmly pasted, so the surface of the concrete main body should be treated with the bottom surface.
1.1 remove cement slurry (layer)
Remove the cement paste and plastering layer to expose the main concrete body of the reinforced structure.
1.2 structural surface repair
For the seriously damaged structural surface, the defective part shall be removed and the structural surface shall be repaired with epoxy mortar above the same level as the concrete.
The defects and steps of concrete components shall be repaired with epoxy mortar (resin mortar, etc.).
1.3 when there is crack, according to the state, research the repair method and inject resin for repair.
1.4 use the rotor grinder to remove the dirt and floating ash on the concrete surface.
Be careful not to form sharp corners when grinding.
Remove oil stain with acetone, etc.
1.5 in order to prevent the carbon fiber cloth from peeling off and reduce the strength at the external and internal corners, it is necessary to form it at the R corner by grinding or sticking grease. (refer to figure 1)
The angle of beam and column (external angle) shall be more than r = 18mm, and shall be knocked off with Rotor Grinder, etc.
The confirmation of R (r = 20mm) can be checked after forming.
1.6 dust removal
Remove the powder and dust on the concrete with the derusting machine, and remove the dust with the blower and cotton wire.
