1、 Main assurance measures
Quality assurance measures
1. Establish strict pre inspection and inspection acceptance system, and fill in the corresponding inspection form after each process is completed.
2. The technical disclosure shall be done well, and the technical director shall disclose to the operators layer by layer, and the disclosure record and acceptance record shall be provided.
3. Process acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with construction process requirements. The process quality acceptance must be signed by the quality inspector, the team leader and the operator.
4. In case of any non-conforming process, the work shall be stopped immediately for rectification and the party concerned and the corresponding management personnel shall be punished in public. The non-conforming process shall be re constructed only after the rectification report is written and approved.
5. If any unqualified materials are found to enter the site for use, the source of the materials shall be checked and returned immediately, and the person in charge of the materials and the parties involved in the materials entering the site shall be severely punished until they are returned.
Construction period guarantee measures
1. Implement comprehensive plan management, strengthen dispatching function and ensure the implementation of project plan.
2. All kinds of materials, machines, equipment and personnel required for construction must be in place as planned to ensure the continuous progress of the project.
3. Do a good job in civilized construction and finished product protection, avoid rework and survive once.
4. Absorb the reasonable suggestions from the construction site and Party A, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various tasks.
Safety assurance measures
1. Adhere to the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first", and implement the relevant regulations and systems of construction site safety;
2. Safety helmets must be worn when entering the construction site, and all construction personnel engaged in high-altitude operation must wear safety belts and fasten them at a firm and reliable place;
3. The scaffold support erected before the setting out base treatment must be firm and reliable, and the cross pole shall be prepared in strict accordance with the scaffold erection requirements. The reinforcement construction can be carried out only after the foreman and safety officer accept it;
4. Before the construction, the foreman must make a written safety technical disclosure;
5. Sufficient lighting shall be provided for night construction, and the brightness of construction site shall reach the level of ensuring construction safety;
6. The mechanical equipment and various tools before use shall be inspected, maintained and repaired regularly;
7. Be familiar with the plan, construction method, description and construction procedure before construction. Each meeting shall be recorded carefully, the foreman shall record the construction diary carefully, and store it on the site for reference at any time;
8. When entering the construction site, you must wear a badge and helmet.
9. Storage requirements for chemical raw materials: acetone is a highly volatile inflammable product, which should be kept away from the source and guarded by full-time personnel, and dry powder fire extinguishers should be placed in the warehouse;
10. The professional electrician must be responsible for the construction electricity to ensure the safety of electricity;
11. Special construction equipment must be used by professional workers to prevent illegal operation.
